How It Works

Every package is built with you unique needs in mind during a 1-on-1 appointment with a naturopathic doctor.

Our peptide programs are designed to provide structured, personalized support while using advanced peptide therapies safely and effectively. Each program includes three components: a base program fee, which covers your appointments, education, biweekly check-ins, and ongoing monitoring; the peptide protocol, which is selected based on your specific health goals; and optional laboratory testing, which may be recommended to provide deeper insight into metabolic, hormonal, or inflammatory patterns. This structure allows your program to be tailored to your needs while ensuring that peptide therapy is supported by proper guidance and clinical oversight.

Initial Peptide Consultation

During your initial consultation, we determine whether peptide therapy is appropriate for you and select the peptide program that best supports your health goals.

First Peptide Appointment

At your introductory peptide appointment, you will receive your peptide supply, optional labs may be drawn, and you’ll be guided through proper preparation, administration, and how to track your body’s response.

Continued Support & Education

Ongoing support includes scheduled biweekly or monthly check-ins, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and follow-up appointments to monitor progress and adjust your program as needed.

What Happens After the First Appointment?

Once you’ve been approved for peptide therapy, you can choose the level of support that best fits your needs and goals.

Standard Peptide Package

The Standard Peptide Program includes your introductory appointment, peptide starter kit, and monthly scheduled check-ins to safely guide your dosage progression over the 12-week program.

Peptide Package Plus

The Plus Peptide Program offers enhanced support with biweekly check-ins, an additional follow-up appointment, and deeper nutrition and lifestyle guidance throughout your 12-week program.

Once this selection is made, we move on to the fun part- the peptides!

This focus area supports individuals working to improve metabolic health, stabilize blood sugar, reduce stubborn weight, and support healthier appetite regulation. It may be a good fit for those dealing with insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, or difficulty losing weight despite lifestyle efforts. This focal area may include peptides like: Retatrutide and NAD+.

Sleep Restoration & Nervous System Recovery

This focus area supports individuals struggling with poor sleep quality, difficulty falling or staying asleep, or nervous system exhaustion related to chronic stress. It is designed to help restore healthy sleep patterns, promote deeper rest, and support the body’s natural nighttime repair processes. This focal area may include peptides like: DSIP and CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin.

Gut Health & Digestive Repair

This focus area is designed for individuals experiencing digestive discomfort, gut inflammation, or symptoms that may be connected to poor gut barrier function (‘leaky gut’). It may be helpful for those working to restore digestive balance, support gut lining repair, or address chronic gut-related symptoms. This focal area may include peptides like: BPC157 + TB500 and GHK-Cu.

Metabolic Health & Weight Regulation

This focus area is designed to support healthy hormone signaling and recovery for both men and women. It may be beneficial for individuals experiencing hormone imbalances, fatigue, slower recovery, low libido, fertility concerns, or life-stage changes such as menopause or andropause. In an effort to make advanced therapies more accessible, we’ve designed our Peptide Programs with transparent pricing: a single base program fee covers your appointments, monitoring, and support, while the cost of the specific peptide is added separately—so you only pay for the peptide you actually choose.

FAQs

Do I need lab work?

Lab work is not required to begin a peptide program, but many clients choose to add optional labs to help establish a baseline and track changes throughout the program. Each peptide focus area includes recommended lab options that can provide helpful insight into your progress.

Do I have to be a current client at the office to get peptides?

You do need to be a member of our organization to participate in a peptide program, but you are not required to have completed our New Client Consultation. That said, the New Client Consultation offers a more comprehensive look at your health and is often the most well-rounded starting point. Current clients also receive a discounted peptide appointment rate ($85) compared to non-members ($125).

Do you have payment plan options?

Payment plan options are currently being introduced for our Plus Programs, and we are exploring the possibility of extending payment plans to additional peptide bundles in the future to help make these programs more accessible.

Do I have to live in your area?

No, you do not need to be local to participate. While in-office appointments are available, we also offer virtual consultations, and peptide supplies can be securely drop-shipped directly to your home. This allows clients outside our immediate area to still participate in our structured peptide programs and receive the same guidance and support.
